What comes in a “kitted” package?
The kitted package will include a canvas, tapestry needle, needle threader, threads to complete your project, and a seam ripper (just in case you make a mistake) all wrapped beautifully for you.
If you need anything else like scissors, needle minders, stretcher bars, stash bag, etc. just add them to your Stash Bag.
Do you sell fibers/threads?
We do not sell fibers/threads separately. Fibers are sold to customers who choose to “kit” their canvas with the fibers needed to work the canvas. Just check yes to “kit” your canvas when adding to your stash bag.
How many fibers/threads are sent with the kit?
The kit will contain all the colors needed to finish your project. If for any reason, you do not receive enough fiber to finish your project we will ship you extra (on us)!
What fibers/threads will be included in my kit and what is the cost?
We will “kit” your canvas with any of the following fibers/threads that we carry. You will be invoiced in a separate invoice after your initial checkout once we pull your threads.

Can you personalize my canvas?
Yes, we love to personalize your canvas just for you! Just check yes to personalize and add your initials or name when adding to your stash bag.

I want to personalize/monogram a canvas, but I do not see an option.
If there is not an option to personalize a canvas that means, there is no room or availability on that canvas to personalize.
Can you finish my canvas when finished?
Yes! Please contact me with your finishing ideas. I have a wonderful list of my favorite finishers who specialize in different areas such as ornaments, acrylics, handbags,
leather, etc.
What is your shipping policy?
My policy is to ship your package within 3 business days. I ship USPS and UPS with tracking numbers. Shipping is $5.00 an order. Orders over $100 ship for free.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. If your package is shipped via USPS, it's important to note that they will not open a case about a missing 1st class package until it’s missing for 30 days; Priority Package for 7 days.
Currently, I am not shipping internationally. If you have a question about our shipping policy, please send it to hello@lnsneedlepoint.com with the subject "Shipping Question" (please use this specific subject so that it gets flagged properly).
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final with no returns or refunds. Many canvases are made especially for you with personalization. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the best way to make you happy.
Please inspect your order once received for any damage it may have received during shipping. Please email me photos of any canvases or accessories damaged upon arrival. We can use these photos for insurance purposes with the carriers.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar storefront?
I do not, but my door is always open… I do have a beautiful showroom filled with lots of canvases and a thread wall. My wish is to buy the most beautiful, useful and meaningful canvases I can find for you and personalize them with a piece of you, someone you love, or someone you may miss.
We are so lucky to have so many needlepoint designers to choose from and so many wonderful shops to buy from. I hope you find something from my studio that will become a memorable heirloom.
